Baseball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Growing up, if it involved baseball, I wanted to be doing it. Whether it was playing wiffle ball in the backyard, recreating games at Fenway Park, or spending every free moment at the local fields, I simply loved the game. Like so many kids growing up in New England, I dreamed of one day playing professional baseball for the Boston Red Sox.

I was fortunate enough to have success throughout my baseball career, which ultimately led me to playing Division II college baseball. My passion for the game didn't end there.



Over the past six years, I have dedicated myself to coaching youth baseball and helping young athletes develop both on and off the field. During that time, I've watched the game continue to evolve. Years ago, there were only a handful of training facilities in my area. Today, new facilities seem to open every year, and the way players train has changed dramatically. That got me thinking—if the way we train has evolved, why can't we continue to evolve it? The world changed after COVID-19. We learned that people can work, learn, and connect from virtually anywhere. So why should baseball instruction be limited by geography?

That's why I created Honey Badger Baseball Lab.

Our mission is simple: to provide high-quality baseball instruction and personalized swing analysis to players everywhere.
